1/2 cup Chia seeds
1 and 1/2 cup water
2 cups milk of your choice
Put the Chia seeds in a large bowl and pour the water in. Mix with a whisk and keep stirring for the first couple of minutes, to avoid lumps.
When the Chia seeds have absorbed most of the water, add in the milk and some salt if you feel you need to. Mix everything well together and allow the pudding to set for a few minutes. Scoop into serving bowls and add any fruits, berries, nuts or seeds you like as a topping.
