Bell pepper dip



 1-2 medium sized red bell peppers

 2 cups cashew nuts (soaked 3-4 hours)

 1/4 - 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 

 1/2 cup nutritional yeast

 2 garlic gloves

 1 tbsp honey

 juice from 1 lemon

 pinch of salt

 water if needed




Put everything into a blender jar, best to start by putting the bell pepper in. Blend until you have a smooth dip sauce. Enjoy with your favourite veggies any time!
