Anthony's Chia Pudding

Ingredients

 1/2 cup Chia seeds

 1 and 1/2 cup water

 2 cups milk of your choice 

 salt (optional)

Directions

Put the Chia seeds in a large bowl and pour the water in. Mix with a whisk and keep stirring for the first couple of minutes, to avoid lumps. 

When the Chia seeds have absorbed most of the water, add in the milk and some salt if you feel you need to. Mix everything well together and allow the pudding to set for a few minutes. Scoop into serving bowls and add any fruits, berries, nuts or seeds you like as a topping.

Chocolate Chia Pudding

 

Ingredients 

 1/2 cup Chia seeds

 1 and 1/2 cup water

 2 cups milk of your choice 

 4 tablespoons chocolate milk powder

 salt (optional)

 love

 

Directions

Put the Chia seeds in a large bowl with the chocolate milk powder, mix together and then pour the water in. (Or you can mix the chocolate milk powder in the milk, like Anthony does in the video, and then add the chocolate milk in later).

Mix with a whisk and keep stirring for the first couple of minutes to avoid lumps. When the Chia seeds have absorbed most of the water, add in the milk (chocolate milk) and some salt if you feel you need to.

Mix everything well together and allow the pudding to set for a few minutes. Scoop into serving bowls and add any fruits, berries, nuts or seeds you like as a topping.
