Chocolate Smoothie


 1 and 1/2 cup water

1/4 cup soaked almonds (for 8-12 hrs)

 1/4 cup coconut oil 

 1/4 cup chia gel (1 portion chia seeds + 2 portions water)

 2-3 tablespoons flax oil or blended essential oil

 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder

 1 teaspoon cinnamon (make sure it's the real stuff = Ceylon/Zeylon and NOT Cassia which is a fake cinnamon and can be harmful)

 1 teaspoon Stevia drops

 a few drops vanilla extract or pinch of vanilla powder

 pinch of sea salt



Put everything in your blender and blend until it becomes a smooth drink. This is very filling and can be a perfect breakfast, that will last you for hours into your day.
