2 ripe avocados
1 small onion (or 1/2 medium sized)
¼ cup nutritional yeast
¼ cup sesame seeds
½ teaspoon cumin powder
pinch of salt and pepper

Cut the avocado into preferred sized chunks and finely slice the onion. Mix in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and quickly blend. Perfect meal ready to eat.
