Pizza Sauce

Pizza Sauce



 4 large tomatoes
 ½ cup sundried tomatoes
 1 tablespoon oregano
 1 tablespoon marjoram
 1 tablespoon honey or 2 soft dates
 salt to taste



Put all ingredients except the herbs in a blender and blend until smooth. Now add the herbs and turn the blender on for a few more seconds.

This pizza sauce will keep well in an airtight glass jar for a few days in the fridge, if not used right away.
