Pesto

 

Ingredients

 100 g fresh basil 
 200 g spinach
 2-3 garlic cloves 
½ cup nutritional yeast
 1 cup cashew nuts
 1 and 1/2 cup olive oil
 pinch of salt 
 love

 

Directions

Put everything in a food processor and let it run for a few seconds, longer if you like your pesto very fine. Put in a glass jar with a tight lid and it will keep in a fridge for about a week to ten days, ready to use.
