1/2 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup liquid sweetener of choice (coconut nectar, maple syrup, date syrup, agave, clear acacia honey etc.)
1/2 cup liquefied coconut oil (melts at 24°C)
1 tablespoon purified water
*Options for extra flavour: hint of salt, some flavour extracts, vanilla powder, a few drops of very pure essential oil with your desired flavour.
Start by blending together the cacao powder and the liquid sweetener. When it has all come nicely together mix in the coconut oil. Keep whisking until you have mixed all of the oil into the cacao mixture.
This will take a while if you do it by hand but you could also put everything in a food processor or a blender if you prefer.
Lastly add the water and keep mixing until you have this wonderful, thick and silky, soft chocolate fudge. Now you can add any flavour enhancer you like and prefer, in the amount that works best with your taste buds.
