Keith's Balls

 2 cups rolled oats

 1 cup dates, finely chopped

 1 cup raisins

 1 cup walnuts, finely chopped

 1 cup nut butter of choice

 1/2 cup sweetener of choice (honey, coconut nectar, agave...)

 1/2 cup coconut oil

 1 tablespoon cinnamon

pinch of sea salt




Put everything in a big bowl and mix with your clean hands and fill them with love as you do! When the mixture is starting to stick together, roll them up into good size balls and enjoy any time of the day!
