Cucumber:

Cucumber is rich with vitamins A, B1, B6, C and D, folic acid, calcium, magnesium and potassium. So, despite being 95% water, cucumber juice is extremely nutritional. Eating cucumber helps the body hydrating and getting rid of toxins as it’s a natural diuretic and helps to get rid of kidney stones and bladder stones. Cucumber is amazing for your skin too because it contains a lot of good antioxidants and minerals, as well as vitamins A, B and C which help give a healthy, glowing skin. It’s no wonder cucumbers are used as part of facials in beauty parlours - cucumber simply does wonders for us inside and out!

 

Pineapple:

Pineapple is full of natural detoxing agents that help the body get rid of accumulated substances and toxins and cleanse the liver. It‘s also good source of fibres which help stimulate bowel movement and growth of good bacteria in the colon. So pineapple is a great detoxing food but is also very nutritional with high levels of vitamins A, B6 and C as well as thiamine and minerals such as copper and manganese, plus over 15 different antioxidants. All these nutrients strengthen the immune system and can help reduce allergy reactions. Last, but not least, pineapple is rich with glucose which is a natural, healthy energy source, in moderation, and benefits your brain activity and helps with concentration.
